Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery


1.1. We endeavour to dispatch your items within 1 working day of receiving your order. Should your item be out of stock, we will notify you promptly and agree a solution.

1.2. Orders to the UK mainland over £50 will be delivered free of charge. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Once dispatched, your goods should arrive the next day, although some may arrive the day after. It should take no more than 5 working days for your goods to arrive. You will need to sign for your delivery, or arrange for a neighbour to do so if you are not in. 

1.3. For orders of less than £50, the following apply: Standard delivery: £4.50. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Once dispatched, your goods should arrive the next day, although some may arrive the day after. It should take no more than 5 working days for your goods to arrive. You will need to sign for your delivery, or arrange for a neighbour to do so if you are not in. 

1.4. Any order you wish delivered by Overnight express delivery service: £8. Please make sure you place your order before 1pm. It will then be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will need to sign for your delivery, or arrange for a neighbour to do so if you are not in.

1.5. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 5 working days (7 working days for European orders) of the date on which you ordered them, you must contact us regarding your claim via post or email not later than 14 days from the date we confirm goods have been dispatched to you.

1.6. European and world wide deliveries (except USA and Canada): Free delivery for orders over £100. European deliveries: For orders less than £100: £7.50. World wide deliveries: delivery cost dependant on weight. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Air Mail. Once dispatched, your goods should arrive within 7 working days. It should take no more than 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.

2. Returns


2.1. We sincerely hope that you will love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please get in touch as soon as possible. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

2.2. Please return within 14 days, and we will exchange or refund your item provided it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with tags attached. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please do make sure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate before returning it to us, as you are responsible for the item until it gets to us.

2.3. On receipt of your returned goods, we will replace the item or authorise a refund, depending on the wish you have expressed in our communications with you. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

2.4. How to proceed with your return or exchange:

Please email us to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE. 

Indicate whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc.  Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability. 

Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request. 

Please send your return or exchange to: Mayamin, 1 Austin Meadow, Churchfields, Stonesfields, OX29 8QY. We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.

2.5. Receiving a refund

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of your refund request.  All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Mayamin.co.uk

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Mayamin.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Mayamin.co.uk can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, provided also that they have reached us. 

Mayamin.co.uk will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed. 

A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.
